About Milestone DFW
Milestone DFW provides ABA therapy services to families in Fort Worth, Texas, with a focus on in-home care for children with autism. The practice built its reputation on the quality of care it delivers directly in the home, a service model that depends on families being able to find them in the first place.
Before partnering with Funnel Boost Media, that visibility did not exist. The site was not generating calls, was not generating leads, and was not ranking for the searches that mattered most to the practice. What began as a six-month campaign has since grown into an ongoing partnership.
The Challenge
When Milestone DFW came to us, the site had no dedicated pages for the surrounding cities they wanted to serve, unresolved technical SEO issues, and on-page content that was not structured to compete for local search intent. The practice wanted to target in-home ABA and “near me” searches, and had specific interest in expanding into Benbrook and Saginaw alongside their home base of Fort Worth.
Building out those expansion cities immediately, before Fort Worth had a strong foundation, risked a problem called keyword cannibalization: multiple pages competing against each other in search results instead of building combined authority. The fix was not to say no to Benbrook and Saginaw. It was to sequence the work correctly.
The Solution
Funnel Boost Media rebuilt Milestone DFW’s website within their existing brand and design preferences, improving site speed and adding new pages built to match their visual identity. On the SEO side, we recommended anchoring the core site in Fort Worth first, then building dedicated, non-cannibalizing location pages for Saginaw, Benbrook, and White Settlement, each targeting its own local search intent rather than duplicating Fort Worth content with a city name swapped in. A monthly blog series focused on autism-related topics ran alongside the location work to build topical authority over time.

Our website design and development team rebuilt Milestone DFW’s site with a focus on speed, structure, and brand consistency. The new pages matched the practice’s existing design preferences while fixing the technical issues that were holding the site back in search.
Local SEO
We developed a multi-location strategy starting with Fort Worth, then expanding into dedicated pages for Saginaw, Benbrook, and White Settlement, and later Haslet as the campaign matured. Each location page was built to stand on its own rather than compete with the core site. We also monitored Local Pack signals directly and optimized Milestone’s Google Business Profile for a stronger local presence, in line with Google’s guidelines.
Content Strategy
A monthly blog series centered on autism therapy topics ran throughout the campaign, building the kind of topical depth that supports both search rankings and trust with the families researching care options.
On-Page & Technical SEO
Once the site was live, we continued to refine on-page elements and technical health across both the core site and the location pages, treating the campaign as an ongoing system rather than a one-time launch.
Off-Page SEO and Link Authority
Off-page SEO is the work of earning authority beyond your own site: the links, citations, and mentions that tell Google other credible sources vouch for you. We focus on quality over volume, because one link from a source Google respects outweighs dozens it ignores. From where Milestone started with us in March 2025 to today, that work grew their site authority through careful quality vetting and link building.
AI Search Optimization
Search no longer ends at the classic blue links. We structured Milestone’s content strategy and local signals for AI Search Optimization, also called Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), so the practice can surface inside AI Overviews and local packs, not just the standard results. By month two, the on-page strategy and new location pages were live, and Milestone DFW started seeing gains in both leads and visibility almost immediately. By month three, the focus shifted toward building site-wide authority, with continuous optimization across the core site and location pages alongside the monthly blog cadence.
By month six of the initial campaign, sessions tripled from 305 (March to May 2025) to 1,409 (June to September 2025), and leads tripled right alongside them. The most recent reporting period shows what that expansion built on top of the initial launch. Comparing the last six months to the six months prior, organic clicks grew 52.2%, from 178 to 271, and impressions rose 75.2%, from 58,800 to 103,000, while average position improved from 16.7 to 12.3, a 4.4-spot gain. In the most recent quarter alone, clicks rose 151.8% versus the prior quarter, from 56 to 141.
